Kairu Mbuthia - Partner
Mbuthia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. A graduate of the University of Nairobi and a holder of a post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1999. Mbuthia is also a Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has previously worked with M/s Kangethe & Co. Advocates and Ndungu Kiai & Mbuthia Advocates. The merger of his firm Kairu Mbuthia & Partners Advocates and Nderi & Kiingati Advocates culminated in the present set up. Mbuthia is the managing partner of the firm.

Vincent Kiingati Ndirangu - Partner
Ndirangu is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Upon graduating from the University of Nairobi, he joined the firm of Kagucia & Co. Advocates as a pupil where he was subsequently employed as a research assistant. On admission to the bar on the 6th June, 2002, he joined the firm of Muciimi Mbaka & Co. Advocates. Ndirangu is also a Certified Public Secretary.
He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries. He is also a member Member of The Kenya Red Cross Society; a Board member of Anti Drug Alcoholism Concerns for Ex Prisoners (ADACOEP) and an active member of St. Pauls University Chapel.

Charles K. Wari - Associate
Wari is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. A graduate of the University of Nairobi and a holder of a post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1998. He has previously worked with M/s Kariuki Muigua & Co. Advocates and as a company secretary for the Kenya Planters Co-operative Union.
