The firm was recently registered arising from the merger of the firm of Kairu Mbuthia & Partners Advocates and Nderi & Kiingati Advocates. This arose out of the need to better manage growth in business in both firms and to synergize our recourses.

Strengths
The strength of the firm lies in the fact of its being fairly young hence capable of adopting the emerging trends. Besides, the firm’s principal partners have in their previous engagements handled diverse commercial and litigation for various clientèle and are therefore well versed with the needs of the clients.
Technology
The firm is fully computerized with Internet facilities. This enables us to render our services with utmost accuracy, speed and efficiency. We also have a well equipped library and most importantly have all the statutes in the country.
Support staff
The firm employs the services of two competent secretaries, an office administrator, office messenger, two clerks and an accountant.
Students
The policy of the firm is to assist at least two students in every year by giving them exposure to the practice and business of an advocate. The students on their part are instrumental in the conduct of research and preparation of legal opinions. The students work is always under strict supervision by the partners.
